Jaclyn Baldovin
Founder/CEO
With a passion for marketing, writing, and entrepreneurship, Jaclyn launched Radiant Digital Solutions in September 2018. She has 10+ years of experience working with a wide variety of social media platforms, writing for editorial and marketing purposes, and working with email marketing tools. Jaclyn has presented several workshops and webinars on social media marketing for the Specialized Information Publishers Association (SIPA), Business Management Daily, and the Prince George’s County Connections business group. She is also the winner of three SIPAwards on social media. Jaclyn loves staying active by doing outdoor activities, including long-distance running, hiking, and paddle boarding.

Jessica Brown
Online Business Manager
Jessica has worked in business administration for over 20 years. Strengthening people is her passion and she values the uniqueness of each individual she encounters. Jessica’s main objective when assisting clients is to look for ways to upgrade business efficiency by integrating online business systems and techniques. Jessica has completed training in Business Office Administration and Voice Discipline Theory. She has extensive knowledge and experience with providing high-level support to executives by utilizing her expertise in staff management and mentoring, Human Resources coordination, online systems setup and maintenance, content creation, and overall virtual business management. Jessica thrives at creating organization out of chaos and dedicates herself to putting all the pieces together to make a vision become reality. Jessica resides in the beautiful Natural State of Arkansas with her husband, two sons, and many pets.

Kara Whitehouse
Content Marketing Specialist
Kara is passionate about helping small businesses grow their brands. She has been in sales and marketing for 27+ years. She is the CEO/founder of digit-ALL Marketing Services. Having owned three businesses, Kara understands the daily struggles and demands of a business owner. She is honored to be able to take the necessity of marketing off their plates and allow them more time to focus on the reason they started their business. Kara is also the mom to an awesome daughter, dog mom, travel addict, and Mexican food lover.

Katherine Keeney
Graphic Designer
Katherine is a Graphic Designer and Photographer based out of the Hudson Valley, providing individuals and organizations with content, such as logos, advertisement design, redesigns, event photography, and portrait photography. Working in-person and remotely, Katherine strives to create high-quality memorable content with joy and enthusiasm. Katherine received her B.S. in Digital Media with a concentration in Graphic Design from Marist College. In addition to her artistic skills, Katherine is a devoted animal lover, who enjoys riding horses and discovering new hiking trails with her two dogs.

Social Media Content Writer
Kari is a wife, mom, and entrepreneur. She’s a stay-at-home / work-from-home mom of four. Some of Kari’s hobbies are photography, crafting, spending time with her kids, riding 4wheelers, and being with friends. Her biggest passion is helping others. She loves to help others reach their goals and be a small piece of their stories. Helping others comes in many forms for her; virtually assisting, lending a hand to a friend, serving in her church, and so on. Kari thoroughly enjoy working with Radiant Digital Solutions and Jaclyn. She is excited for all the possibilities our future holds as a team.

Tiffany Lew
Blog Content Writer
With a background in journalism and creative writing, Tiffany has 10+ years of experience working in media – from news to nonprofits to social marketing. She has helped organizations shape the voice of their online presence, growing their engagement and following through numerous changes in the digital landscape. Tiffany’s work has appeared in publications, including Al Jazeera’s AJ+, Vox Media, and Poynter. Her investigative feature on “parachute kids” won a National Headliner Award and was a finalist for Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Deadline Club Award. Since graduating from UC Davis and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, Tiffany has been passionate about 1:1 coaching high school juniors and seniors on how to write effective personal essays for their college applications. She enjoys taking care of her growing plant collection, movie nights, trying different foods and grabbing boba tea, and long walks outdoors.
